Tower Hamlets Anti-Bullying Helpline

The first step to beating the bully is talking to someone else about it; our helpline workers are here to listen to you.

The Tower Hamlets Anti-Bullying Helpline offers advice and support to young people and the parents and carers of young people who are being bullied or bullying someone else.

Call 0800 1216 753 - calls are free from landlines. Your mobile phone operator will charge you for the call but if you give them your number they will call you straight back. Lines are open Monday to Friday from 3.30pm to 6.30pm.
