Shaping Success for 14-19 year olds in Tower Hamlets
The Hub is a partnership of all the organisations that offer 14 - 19 learning in Tower Hamlets.
It includes secondary schools, Tower Hamlets College, training providers, the universities and support services.
The partnership will make sure that every young person can:
- Choose from a wide range of good and interesting courses
- Find a local course that matches your interests and needs
- See how their course can lead onto further study and a career
- Follow a personal route to success
Finding your first job
If you are leaving school or college this summer and not going to university, what plans do you have for your future? Have you carefully considered how you will set about finding a job? There are fewer jobs available now than at any time since you were born. You will face strong competition for vacancies - from other school leavers, university leavers and people made redundant recently, who may have more experience and qualifications than you.
Apprenticeships
Whether you are looking for a job that enables you to carry on learning, or are already in employment and want to gain further qualifications, an Apprenticeship could be the option for you.
